The Third Annual Snoqualmie Valley Dirtbag Ride, sponsored by Fireball*

*This is in no way true, and Fireball would sue me if they knew.

  • The Idea

To ride bikes. And drink. This is a social, loosely organized ride where the primary aim is to tour the dive bars of the Snoqualmie Valley.

Let’s Do this

As one snakes from Duvall, to Carnation, Fall City, Snoqualmie, and finally North Bend, you encounter some truly epic watering holes. Places you’d be ashamed if your mom caught you.

So let’s ride the whole thing. And drink all those places. And very likely make absolute fools of ourselves.

Ride Info

Meet at Arete Coffee in North Bend at 830am on Saturday, July 6

Roll out by 9

SVT straight to Duvall, with some “aid station” stops along the way.

The formal stops:

  • Duvall Tavern

  • Pickle Time Burgers

  • Pour House Pete’s

  • Last Frontier Saloon

  • The Infamous Tokul Feats of Strength

  • The Sure Shot

  • Mount Si Tavern

The pace will be social. Like, 40 year old semi-overweight drunk guy still able to have a conversation social.

Suggested

A bike that is designed to handle gravel is suggested, but if you do it on one that isn’t, kudos to you. Bring the necessary equipment to change a flat, and snacks. Costumes are nearly mandated, and anyone showing up like they’re about to do a time trial in 1994 will be welcomed with open arms. That, or like a homeless person. Or Muppet. Whatever. I’m going western this year.

If you show up in normal cycling kit, you will be required to take an additional 2 shots of fireball to start the ride. Plus more at the ride director’s discretion.

Its hard to tell, but there is a decent amount of blood mixed with the dirt here
